Clinical courses are intended exclusively for appropriately licensed healthcare professionals. Depending on the course and applicable law, eligible students may include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, dentists, and other licensed professionals authorized to receive this type of education. Each student is responsible for confirming that the content is appropriate for their license, role, and jurisdiction before purchasing.

Yes. The Academy is primarily designed for licensed healthcare professionals who already possess foundational education in facial anatomy, patient assessment, aesthetic medicine, emergency preparedness, and complication management. The Foundation introduces Sandy’s core framework, but it is not a beginner-injector certification program.

The Academy may provide valuable insight into assessment and treatment philosophy, but it does not replace foundational anatomy education, supervised hands-on instruction, or clinical experience. New injectors should complete appropriate foundational and hands-on training before attempting any clinical technique demonstrated in the Academy.

The Academy may request your license type, jurisdiction, license number, or other credential information. Access may be withheld or discontinued if eligibility requirements are not met or if professional information is inaccurate or incomplete.

No. Enrollment or course completion does not grant or expand a license, scope of practice, credential, privilege, prescribing authority, or legal authorization. Each student remains responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, supervision requirements, facility policies, and professional standards applicable to their own practice.

Introduction to Facial Balancing is a focused way to experience Sandy’s assessment process, teaching style, and multimodality approach. Students seeking the complete curriculum should begin with The Foundation, which establishes the concepts used throughout the advanced course.

This approximately 40-minute course follows Sandy through the assessment and treatment of an actual patient. Students observe how she identifies priorities, selects products and modalities, and sequences treatment as part of a comprehensive facial-balancing plan. It may be purchased independently for $250 and is also included in the $5,000 Foundation Course.

The Foundation covers the beginning of the patient journey, treatment preparation, neurotoxins, biostimulators, and the first phase of facial balancing. It introduces the assessment, planning, and sequencing principles that support Sandy’s approach.  It also builds upon technique through airbrushing and the second phase of facial balancing, maintenance planning, advanced multimodality procedures, and treatment corrections. It is designed for experienced injectors seeking to refine how they assess, sequence, combine, and maintain treatment. The Foundation Course provides the most cohesive presentation of Sandy’s educational framework—from an introductory patient case through foundational treatment planning, advanced refinement, maintenance, multimodality procedures, and treatment corrections.  The Foundation Course is $5,000. 

No. Standalone course purchases are separate transactions and are not credited toward a later bundle or full-program purchase. Students who want access to the full curriculum should select the full curriculum at the time of purchase.

No. Courses and bundles must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Installment payment plans are not currently offered.

The online courses are prerecorded and self-paced. Students may progress on their own schedule during the applicable access period. No live class times are required unless a specific offering is expressly identified as live.

The complete online curriculum includes more than eleven hours of educational content. Completion time varies because students may pause, take notes, revisit assessments, and review clinical demonstrations more than once.

Yes. Students may revisit purchased course content during their access period. Rewatching the assessment, planning, and procedural portions is encouraged because additional details often become apparent on review.

Unless a product page states a longer period, students receive access for at least 12 months from the date access is granted. After that initial period, access will continue for as long as the Academy continues operating and making the purchased course generally available. Access is not lifetime or perpetual access.

The Academy may generally be accessed through a compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device with a reliable internet connection and current browser. A larger screen is recommended for detailed facial assessments, demonstrations, and on-screen educational materials. We recommend using The French Academy of Aesthetic mobile app through Google Play or the App Store. 

No. Videos are provided for streaming through the student’s individual account and may not be downloaded, screen-recorded, copied, reproduced, or redistributed. Supplementary materials may be downloaded only when the Academy expressly provides a download option.

No, unless a particular product page expressly includes mentorship, live discussion, coaching, or individualized feedback. Online enrollment does not include one-on-one access to Sandy or patient-specific clinical guidance.

No. The online Academy provides prerecorded professional education and clinical demonstrations. Students do not perform procedures under Sandy’s supervision through the online program. Online viewing does not substitute for hands-on, in-person training, supervised clinical experience, anatomy education, emergency preparedness, or complication-management training.

No. Online education can expand knowledge and expose students to an experienced injector’s reasoning and techniques, but viewing or completing a course does not establish, assess, or verify clinical competency. Before applying any information clinically, a student must independently possess the appropriate licensure, scope of practice, anatomical knowledge, hands-on training, supervised experience, emergency preparedness, complication-management capability, and professional judgment.

No. The Academy does not currently issue certificates of completion. We may offer certificates in the future, but purchasing or completing a course now does not guarantee that a certificate will later be issued or made available retroactively.

If certificates are offered in the future, they will document only that the Academy’s stated completion requirements were met. They will not establish clinical competency, constitute professional certification or credentialing, expand a license or scope of practice, authorize the performance of any procedure, or replace supervised hands-on training.

No. Academy courses are not currently accredited or designated for CME, CE, or other continuing-education credit. If that changes, the applicable course page will expressly identify the accrediting organization and available credit.

Yes. Certain products, treatment areas, dosages, dilutions, combinations, approaches, or techniques discussed or demonstrated may involve off-label use or may differ from current manufacturer labeling or instructions. The content reflects Sandy’s clinical experience and is provided solely for professional education. Students must independently review current labeling, evidence, professional guidance, applicable law, patient-specific considerations, and their own training before making clinical decisions.

A student must not attempt a procedure based solely on Academy content. Watching a demonstration is not hands-on training and does not establish competency. Students must first obtain the licensure, training, supervision, experience, equipment, insurance, emergency preparedness, and complication-management resources appropriate for the procedure.

No. Demonstrated decisions reflect the anatomy, goals, risks, and circumstances of the individual case. They are not universal protocols. Students must use independent clinical judgment and evaluate appropriateness, regulatory status, risks, alternatives, and patient-specific considerations.

No. Academy content and general support communications provide professional education, not patient-specific medical advice. Students remain solely responsible for patient assessment, informed consent, treatment decisions, documentation, follow-up, referrals, and complication management.

No. The Academy does not offer group enrollments, bulk access, shared practice accounts, or group pricing. Every student must enroll individually, satisfy the eligibility requirements, accept the applicable agreements, and use a unique personal account.

No. Each purchase and account is licensed to one individual. Sharing access with a colleague, employee, employer, contractor, or anyone else—including another member of the same practice—is prohibited.

No. Enrollment is for the individual student’s educational use. Videos and materials may not be displayed to a group, incorporated into internal training, used to teach others, or reproduced in another educational program without prior written authorization.

No. Recording, photographing, screen-capturing, posting, distributing, or publicly displaying Academy content is prohibited. These restrictions protect patient privacy, proprietary educational content, and the integrity of the student experience.

Because Academy courses provide immediate access to proprietary digital content, a purchase becomes final and nonrefundable once the student accesses any instructional video, clinical demonstration, lesson, worksheet, guide, or other substantive course material. Limited exceptions may apply as stated in the Refund, Cancellation, and Course Access Policy or as required by law. Students should review the complete policy before purchasing.

Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing. Once substantive course content has been accessed, the purchase generally cannot be exchanged or refunded because the wrong course was selected. If you recognize an error before accessing instructional content, email info@thefrenchnp.com promptly. A request does not guarantee approval.

Email info@thefrenchnp.com with your name, Academy account email, course and lesson affected, device and browser, a description of the issue, the date and approximate time it occurred, and a screenshot if helpful. Screenshots must not contain patient information.

The Academy may update, expand, reorganize, or replace content to reflect changes in Sandy’s teaching, available products, evidence, professional guidance, safety considerations, law, or platform design. Students should always consult current product labeling, laws, regulations, and authoritative clinical guidance because information may change after a lesson is recorded.

Yes. The French Academy of Advanced Aesthetics also offers a separate, highly personalized in-person training experience in Massachusetts, where a small group of qualified injectors trains alongside The French NP. Online enrollment does not include admission to an in-person cohort. In-person programs have separate applications, tuition, clinical requirements, agreements, and availability.
